王涛19956月出生,博士,食品科学与工程教研室讲师

科研上,主要从事基于多组学技术的食用菌功能性成分的生物合成机制、食用菌逆境响应机制的研究。以第一作者在《Food Chemistry》、《Food Bioscience》、《BMC GENOMICS》、《FoodsJournal of Fungi等期刊发表论文10余篇。
