柳仁民，男，1963年7月出生，博士，教授，硕士生导师。
中国化学会青年化学奖获得者，山东省青年科技奖获得者。
获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项，教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术）二等奖1项，
山东省科学技术进步奖一等奖1项，二等奖1项，三等奖3项，
山东省科学技术星火二等奖1项，中国分析测试协会科学技术奖三等奖1项。

三、工作及学习经历
1984.07毕业于曲阜师范学院化学系获学士学位，1989.01毕业于哈尔滨工业大学获环境化学与工程硕士学位，2006.06毕业于中国药科大学获中药学博士学位。1984.07-1991.10聊城师范学院任助教，1991.11-1993..10任讲师，1993.11-1995..10任副教授，1995.11-任教授。
四、教学工作
先后主讲《流动注射分析》《仪器分析》《分离科学与技术》《无机及分析化学》等课程。
五、承担课题
主持省部级以上研究课题10余项，其中国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，山东自然科学基金2项，山东省重点研发计划项目2项。
主持“多维超临界流体色谱仪的研制及分离纯化中药化学成分方法学研究” 国家自然科学基金（21675071），经费：65万元，起止时间：2017.01-2020.12；
主持“偶氮染料脱色细菌自产电子媒介体的分离分析及其构效关系研究” 国家自然科学基金（31170110），经费：61万元，起止时间：2012.01-2015.12。
