一.基本情况
曹乐乐,女,1990年2月出生,博士,讲师。
教学上,主要讲授《食品工程原理》、《工程制图与AutoCAD》、《AUTOCAD实践》、《食品综合创新实验》等本科生课程。以第一指导教师指导并获得第九届全国大学生生命科学竞赛(创新创业类)二等奖1项、第十六届山东省大学生科技节——食品加工与安全创新设计大赛二等奖1项;获批大学生创新创业训练计划项目4项(省级2项、校级2项)。
科研上,主要从事农产品加工及副产物高值化应用、生物质基pH智能响应及活性包装膜材料的研究。主持聊城大学校级科研项目1项,横向科研项目2项,在《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《International journal of biological macromolecules》等期刊发表论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利2项,参与出版专著1部。
