1. 研究工作简介

1. 利用手性金属络合物和有机小分子催化剂发展高效和高选择性的不对称合成新方法，研究这些方法在杂环分子及复杂生物活性分子合成中的应用；

2. 合成具有重要生物活性的杂环化合物及天然产物，用于抗肿瘤活性研究，开展新药创制工作；

3. 设计合成新型抗体偶联药物的连接子片段，用于增强ADC药物的稳定性和疗效。

近年来，主持山东省自然科学基金1项、横向课题4项和技术支持课题3项；入职聊城大学以来以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇。
