张辉,男,副教授,主讲《微生物学》,《环境生物技术》,《应用微生物学》和《微生物学实验》四门课程。

1、2005年6月-2024年7月,聊城大学生命科学学院;
2、2024年7月至今,聊城大学药学与食品工程学院。
二、研究领域
主要从事资源微生物的研发和利用,研究方向:(1)纤维素酶生产菌的选育及纤维酶在生物乙醇中的应用;(2)半纤维素酶生产菌的选育及在饲料中的应用;(3)壳聚糖酶生产菌的选育及酶解壳聚糖产壳寡糖;(4)黄瓜霜霉病的生物防治。
