  1. 研究工作简介

(1)抗衰老药物研发领域:基于天然产物活性片段,运用药物设计策略设计合成目标分子,评价抗衰老活性,运用生物化学与分子生物学手段探讨其抗衰老活性机制,并通过体内实验评价其成药性。

(2)抗炎药物研发领域:基于天然产物活性片段,运用药物设计策略设计合成目标分子,评价抗炎活性,运用生物化学与分子生物学手段探讨其抗炎老活性机制,并通过体内实验评价其成药性。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金、山东省抗体制药协同创新中心开放课题、聊城大学博士启动基金各1项;获聊城大学优秀自然科学成果二等奖2项;指导研究生获山东省研究生优秀成果奖三等奖2项;近几年,在国内外重要期刊Bioorganic Chemistry,European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences发表SCI论文10余篇。
